Meet Zach Barnes

Before mortgages, I worked in the medical field and spent two years on an ambulance. That experience shaped the way I serve clients today: stay calm, communicate clearly, and help people feel taken care of during stressful moments.

I’m a University of Alabama graduate and live just outside Birmingham with my wife. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m real with them, transparent, easy to reach, and focused on helping them find the best option for their goals.

What is the Barnes Mortgage Team?

The Barnes Mortgage Team is a part of Fox Mortgage. It is not an independent brokerage. It currently consists of Zach Barnes, mortgage loan officer (NMLS 2779086), and Emily Barnes, customer experience assistant (not licensed as a loan officer).
